Gluten Free Fruit & Nut Bars

Taken from the Grain free Gourmet Cookbook, and sent to me from my Gluten Free sister inlaw in Vancouver.

1 cup almond butter
1 cup honey

1 cup coconut, unsweetened
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup raisins or currants
1 cup sunflower seeds


  1. Melt almond butter and honey in pan.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients
  3. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 min.
  4. Let cool before cutting into squares.
