Lemon Tahini Dressing

Another one from “ Granola Girl” on the West Coast! This is a great dressing if you are on the “Candida Diet” and avoiding vinegar. Tahini is one of the best nondairy sources of calcium.

2/3 cup plain milk (soy, almond, or rice)
5 Tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup tahini
1/8 toasted sesame oil
 
Blend all ingredients and puree for 1 minute at high speed.
