Maple Flax Cookies

2 cups spelt flour
1/4 cup flax seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup sunflower oil


Bake at 350 degrees F

Mix dry ingredients first, then add the wet. Roll into balls (walnut size), press down and bake on parchment for 12 minutes.
