Morning Popovers

This recipe, along with a few others listed are from my sister in law aka “ Granola Girl” who is on a gluten free diet.

Gluten FreeWheat FreeKid FriendlyEasy to Make

2 cups almond flour
½ Tsp baking soda
2 pinches sea salt
Mix until well combined.

½ cup melted butter
2 Tbsp honey
½ Tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
Add to above and mix until smooth

Stir in any of the following:
½ cup fresh or frozen berries, chocolate chips, coconut or pecans

Drop 2 Tbsp sized balls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake until golden brown 12-15 minutes at 325 degrees
